Taboo Duty

Taboo Duty

A Poem by winter;lyra

These people
Don't see demons

Look
Look how small they look
Before my death

Look
Look with your own eyes
Let not the peak wind wash your sight off of my act
For when I fall the pool of blood
Will flash into their minds the new idea of death

Oh sweet release
Oh fullfiling breeze

Oh crippling truth
Finally
My mind understands because my heart comprehends itself

So I commend myself
Finally I can reprehend my past
To end my future

There reaching closure
Without regrets

Now then
Step into the glass
Hope it breaks
Run away from the mess
Clash your courage
Against your stubborn fear

And soon
Shortly
You will trully feel
How it is to live a life worthy of killing

Now then
Enough rambling
Ladies and gentlemen of the crowd bellow my feet
Watch
Watch how I fall
All of you
But only you
In your only you
Watch how the happiest man defies the taboo duty
