Caught

Caught

A Poem by Megan Oliver
"

For contest 10/40. Words required: barrel, dam, cloaked, cross, friends, freedom, roll, foggy, stars, vents.

"
I barrel along the dam, running from the cloaked figure. If don't cross, I will lose my friends, and freedom. I trip and roll onto the cool concrete, my mind foggy as the stars blink through the smokey chimney vents.

Yes......and then what happened! lol. You could expand on this, it made a great impact I thought as a beginning of a story! it was a great use of all the 'Ten" words. Thank you and good luck!
