The Night that no one will remember

I'm the Sword in the darkness
The pure fire of endless passions
Forged in the shadows of solitude
Lurking somewhere between existence and annihilation.

I took the road only fools dare to choose
Believing in someone's heart
Exposing my innocence that I always wanted to hide.
With you I felt life was a joyous ride.
No more those days will come
No matter how much I tried
So the sun shines like always.
So the stars depart after every night
And I'm growing inch by inch
