Beauty and The Beast; Or Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?

Beauty and The Beast; Or Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?

A Poem by Mellisa

You may see a beauty,
But all she sees is a beast
Writhing under her skin
Waiting to be unleashed.
She skins in the razor,
She tears off her flesh.
Trying to find peace
To get the beast inside to rest.
The beast covers her lips,
Makes her choke on her words.
She's screaming so loud
But there's not a sound to be heard.
"Save me," she pleads
As she falls to the floor.
Now all we can do
is see what the beast has in store.
When the walls finally drop down
You better f*****g run;
All this waiting's just prolonged
What's finally about to come.
The beast inside writes,
Some inside starts to spark.
Didn't your mother always tell you
To be afraid of the dark?
