Circus

Things aren't always what they seem.

            Come one! Come all!
Answer to the ring masters call
See the wonders that lie inside
        Don’t scream, don’t hide

Give ticket in hand to man in booth
Silenced is he, therefore has no tongue or tooth
Pay no heed to fact that he’s 3 feet tall
Or the fact that he has no legs at all

Follow me and I’ll give you a wondrous treat
Hush up young brat… I mean darling sweet
If you follow us down the rabbit hole
Our horrible deeds will steal your soul.

Don’t dare to ever shed a tear
less the acrobats will draw near
Beware the clown without a face
He’ll steal your voice from its place.

             Come one! Come all!
Answer to the ring masters call
See the wonders that lie inside
don’t scream and most certainly you can’t hide.
