Love isn't simple

Short poem

Why is it so difficult to do simple things like loving someone?

Just when you think you’re capable of doing it you just can’t

It’s harder when you know you want it

When you feel like you have to have it

Yet you can’t even think about it without a your heart aching

It’s like it hurts to even be in love

Like sometimes it doesn’t even feel right to feel like that

Like it’s all wrong when you thought it was alright

Trying to act and be okay when it’s far from it

When everything’s messed you try your hardest to be perfect

Yet you can’t seem to do even that

When it seemed so simple

So you try your best and hope that’s enough for what you love~

Free-style poem I take it ^^ i tried to imagine this as a prose speech or so, said out loud it does have something special about it and I simple lovd it. Good work, remember, not because love isn't simple it means you should be giving up on it. Nothing worth having comes easy ^^
