I Lie

   She got over me, so i ll lie and tell everyone I got over her. Loving her gave me heartache, this heartache ran threw me like a fire runs threw a forest. I wasn`t gonna give up on her but those piercing blue eyes of hers told me too. Seeing her first thing on Monday was difficult. I had to act as if nothing was wrong, i never thought i was capable of decieving her like i did, but i guess i was wrong. Tuesday`s were the days that mondays pain caught up to me. I`d go home to let waterfalls fall out of my eyes. I wanted her to call and make it okay, btu what you want and what you get are two different things. Wensday, THursday, and Friday I was just numb, as if nothing could touch me. Saturday and Sunday i came out into life, or as far as i`d let myself get. It`s hard to show her a like everyday, expecially since she seems to believe it. But I`ll handle it with my attitude towards life. At one point I stood my gorund against this pain from her, but now i let all of it come in. She used to protect me from everything, now she`s the one piercing my heart. All i know is that she got over me, I can see that. So I`ll continue to lie and tell everyone i got over her.
