Stupid From Brooklyn

Stupid From Brooklyn

A Poem by Mike Emil

By Mike Emil

They don’t wanna fill it in

That’s the problem -They don’t wanna fill it in

Am I right? - They don’t wanna fill it

Am I right? - They don’t wanna fill it

Am I right? - They don’t wanna fill it

- Yes, of course you’re right

- Now shut the hell up!

I told the nurse - We needed a slip

I told the nurse - We needed a slip

I told the nurse

Am I right?

Am I right?

I’ll tell Monk; Am I right?

He looked at me

I said you’re gonna learn to listen

She was talking to herself

Shut up! Someone said to her

She didn’t; She couldn’t

She didn’t know how

i can relate to mania from personal experience. i wrote a poem about it called 'negative camber.' your poem could be spoken out loud or be thoughts racing through one's mind. and spoken out loud.
