Wallow in the Wash

Wallow in the Wash

A Poem by Mike Michaels

Nothing more than a sign the young ignore
On the way towards bright lights and
A path through decades obscured, lost
Misadventures become a weight heavy
Because good looks and money don't matter
Not that that ever was a part of this life
Poor thing you must just go home and sulk.
