Nothingness

This is a poem that I wrote late at night one time, when I wasn't feeling 100% (I hope you like it)

I stare into the light, but all is see is the dark that lies before me
I reach out
Nothing
I scream
Nothing
Is this what is to become of me?
Am I no better than nothing?

Nothing
Nothing more than dust in the wind
Nothing more than a fly on the wall

No one cares what happens to me
No will notice when I fall
I am invisible

Invisible
Being left to the baring of the world around me
It may kick at me and punch me
I may scream
But nothing will be done because I am nothing
