How to write a poem

This was one of the poems i had to write for an english assignment, but actually like it.

open the mind,
increase the serotonin,
grab a pen,
and let the thoughts flow.

I don't remember what form of poem this is, but I really like it :D your vocabulary usage also adds to the poem as a whole
