I held your hand as you walked your path

I held you cry in your moments of need

And wiped your tears of pain.

I saw the pain in your eyes.

And held my hand out to take it.

As the minutes passed and I saw the pain leave.

A smile creeped upon your face.

That same sweet smile I always loved.

And as we smile together and the sun shines.

I start to think to myself,

"If only time could stop in this moment right here right now."

Perfect day, perfect smile.

Perfect love.

As we turn and walk off and leave the horror behind.

I hear you whisper,

"I love you to the moon and back."

I laugh and take your hand whispering the same words,

"I love you too."

As we look up in the sky we see the words.

"Sister's forever!"
