Mother

A poem about...really any great, good mother

She'll hold you,

She'll love you.

She'll help you learn,

She'll tell you that your beautiful.

She'll cry when you go off to pre-K.

She'll say "My baby is growing up."

 

She'll stay up with you all night long

And sing you songs to sleep while father rocks you.

She'll cry when you go off to college.

And your father will hug you and tell you he loves you.

She'll be there at you're wedding,

And even when you give birth.

She'll tell you you're beautiful even after labor.

And she'll hold her granddaughter for the first time and say,

"We're going to have fun together in life."
