Heart walking around

Heart walking around

A Story by Lifesbreaker

To watch your child go through pain and heartache is the most agonising, emotional and hardest part of being a Mum.

To not be able to help take that away, is torture.
To sit back and hope that when they crumble, they will come to you for help.

Waiting is the hardest part of all...knowing that nothing you do or say will help them, or fix them at that time...as they're not ready to hear it. Even though all you're trying to do is help to make it go away...but their pain hurts that much...that they can't see that's what you are trying to do.
Being a parent...means never giving up...and always showing up! Show them that, no matter what you are always there.

No one ever told me that having children is like having your heart go walking around outside your body for the rest of your life.
Love your babies always. Try your best to guide them well, tell them you love them each and every day, always. '

Can't think that those words, that agony, can ever be erased or diluted. I am so sorry means so little, but... I am.
