Regret

Regret

A Poem by Griffin

I see people consumed by rage
It's all they ever see
But when I look within me
All I see is regret
All I see is pain in matrimony
With the mental anguish's disease
As I languish alone, forgotten
Behind the obvious wall of blind rage
That sits before me I'm compelled
To sing to the sky that I'm sorry
I can't feel anything other than regret
No wonder people forget me.

regret:forget.
seems like the answer to one another, but you should never regret what you once did, nor never forget; for you did it all for a reason.

I'd rather forget than regret, and I regret for a long list of reasons that I can't explain publicly.. read more
