Many Faces

Many Faces

A Poem by Mish
"

A poem i wrote a few years back about the consequences your actions and a feeling of entrapment and nostalgia.

"
Turning nowhere all day long,
Many Roads to take from home,
Fallen angels come and stay,
Trapped in time,
Through Deathly days.
Tears come dry
Stinging my face.
Wings chained down
Pure silver and gray.
Stained with blood,
I am a girl again.
There is no reality in pain.

IT's too many faces....deep thoughts. words're powerful and it's a well write that's beautifully panned.

I like this piece, it seemed laced with a sense of melancholy, but still retained a certain beauty and delicateness.
I love the line "Wings chained down" It conjours of a majestic but tainted image in my mind.
Short, and to the point. Lovely to read.
