near traffic lights a traffic police was standing right side of the road ,

raised his left arm

directing the tax to stop

,I’m Andrew the traffic police introduce himself

 Shadrack takes out a brown envelope hands it over to the traffic police

,Inside the brown envelope there were his driving license

 motor vehicle card and insurance papers

 Andrew reads them for a minute

 and returns the envelope to Shadrack
