Sailor-Chapter (6)

We were supposed to take the blankets to

zosimos

since last evening but accidentally our boat failed engine

 we spent half of the night

 in the middle of the sea

he should be waiting for us to now

 has far as i know

we had already started negotiating with another boat

 the captain told us the price to take us

one among our fellows suggested we should sell the blankets here

 and go back home

we can take you to the boat too

 it’s a good advice he gave

but if you are going to sell me the blankets and direct me

 to your buyer

i agree to pay the price you offered

i have half of the money with me here

 but

i can go back home and correct you the other

 half

of the money  

they agreed to wait for me to go and correct them

the other half of the money at home

and

 come back and pay them,

so i did 

i went up to sikander where i got from morning to the port

 then to satin at the bus stand

 i had money with me at my house

that i keep from profits each time i travel with coconuts

 or

bring salt back to cadmus  

 so i took  the balance i had at my house

plus the one i got from yesterday’s salt business

and

went back to the port and paid to buy the blankets
