Synopsis

A Poem by RFDIII
"

The synopsis of one life.

"

Death Ground
Barren Bound
Turmoil, Shadow, Doubt.

Small thing
Wounded Heart
Brothe Broken glass to shout.

Cough Blood
Breathe Again
Strive to live without.

Stumble far
Into the dark
Last of light dies out.
-
Chained up
The Wild pup
Dug deep, in blistered skin.

Close eyes
Level mind
Break chains from deep within.

Free Inside
Jailbird aligns
Body; Always aching.

Forecomes a wake
Of eastern make
Imprints left ever quaking.
-
So when it will
that lock-click shrills
And the beast's set out to feast?

Broken Bones
Forbidden Tomes
This storm comes from the east.

And he shall rise and be free.

This is another excellent one. I love when you use a rhyme scheme and stick with it as you do in this one and Hecatomb. It makes it much quicker to read and also makes the sound of it just so much more pleasing (at least in my opinion). Like circe said, the images and words you use also create a vivid sense of the wildness you're describing. I think you did a nice job on this one.

these are amazingly detailed and wild images, makes me think of that wolf-like creature in you being set free, very organic and original, great piece.
