My Love

A poem a wrote for a girl who I love.

You are my love
You are my dove

My life was a hell
Then I met You
And everything got well

Love, I had forgotten it
The feeling
Then I met You
And You gave life
A meaning

Yes, I'm in love
And I might be a fool
But a fool in love with You

I want to kiss You and hold You
I've told You I love You

I want to kiss You goodnight
I want to be Your knight

My love
My dove

For always
I will love You.

Author's Note

I wrote this poem for the love of my life, and I am no poet, this was the first poem I wrote for 8 years. I don't like to write poetry, but I was bored and it was the only thing I could do, and I wanted to do something for her.
