wide-eyed waters tossed

by idle gods who played men false

when Paris sailed that sea

of long and glorious war

of those who chose the darkness of the grave

rather than linger on, in uneventful days

No.  The hero's course runs straight

only rush toward his fate

as the waves that wash upon that shore.
