Consider intimations of the weather, circulation of the water

overflow of rainfall data 

spilling river rushing

round an otter turning tumble

to a surging swelling, urgent ever-welling sea.

Consider you are not that otter

nor the sea

nor grassy field, nor drapery of the dew.

But only one whose emanations make the world anew.

Thanks Ken! Your comments help give me some perspective on this one, which doesn't quite seem complete.

tightened the 2nd stanza, like the heightening of imagery. might want to think of x'ing "the" from in front of dew to ratchet it even more. just a thought
