Almost ten year have passed but I still remember,

There was once a time when you gave me nothing but pain,

The sound of flesh meeting flesh,

A sound I know all too well,

There may not be any scars on my body,

But an unseen mark remains,

You may have forgotten but I never will,

Hate,

Anger,

Sadness,

And pain,

The wound between us may in time heal,

But the scar shall never fade
