ain't no one crossing your line!

You don't think there ain't some jerk looking to knock you down and take your spot.

Three point stance!

Shoulders out!

Arms at the ready!!!

Relax,

stay calm,

smile for f**k sake!

No one has broken a collar bone....yet.

NOW RUN!!!

ROLL!!!

LEAP!!!

JUMP!!!

TACKLE LEFT!!!

NOW RIGHT!!!

Relax,

steady your breath,

keep your eye on who's got the ball.

Than here is a little trick,

just so he remembers your number,

PLANT YOUR HELMET IN HIS NUMBERS!!!

If he wants blood,

give it to him.
