A gentleman's promise

Words that form a bond. Like a drop in a pond. They have a impact. And that bond I shall keep intact. They are spoken and easily broken. But when these words lands on gentle hands, a gentleman's hands of-course. Hands with dignity, that set aside their pride to care for you. To nurture our trust, for in rust we trust. Knot to be forgotten. But to be kept safe, within a safe.
