Whitefreckles

Whitefreckles

A Poem by Mr.Boffin

we can see the time
through the window
the window
with
         its whitefreckles
(whitefreckles and i)    frown
my frownful
face
bespeckled with whitefreckles
and   i
frown. time is absent
time is round
i see its freckles
and i frown.

Oh my friend, oh dear
winter is barely here
you'll have to toughen up
it's the lot of being a Canuck

You may frown, but this poem made me smile.. Haha sorry for the tacky beginning, but it's true. There's such a whimsy and surreal quality to your writing. I love it. Whitefreckle is a captivating image/word..
