Cruel Cupid

Cruel Cupid

A Poem by Mr.Mirror

When the look of love crosses you,
Does not proclaim pain. Nevertheless,
If to her, the flight of the arrow does not reach,
Poor you, you will suffer and it will be too late.

Since that poison has been made with your heart
And there's nothing you can do now
It only remains to close those feelings of love
and seal the door, seal what suffocates you.

But still they can find that key
that you threw away to never find again.
You threw it so your chest won't talk.
You cast it so you could heal.
Well, they will open it for you to feel again
All that you swore to leave behind.
