Childhood Days

Those were the best days where
to play outside was a tradition,
Now-a-days playing game in
electronic devices has become a fashion.

Those were the days where meeting our friends
daily and gossiping was the best part,
Now-a-days social medias help us to
connect with them who are miles apart.

Those were the days where we fought
with our friends without hiding our feelings,
Now-a-days we always give a corporate smile
and deep inside hide our feelings.

Those were the days when we thought
to get rid of classrooms and wished to go to offices,
Now-a-days, we wish we could actually
get rid of offices and go back to classrooms again.

Those were the days where we found
happiness in getting little and small things,
Now-a-days, we won't find happiness

though we achieve big things (goals).
