To a monkey which had its hands cut for a medical experiment whilst its claws wept

To a monkey which had its hands cut for a medical experiment whilst its claws wept

A Poem by Baldwin Mupfeki

One inflicted with choppers
Finding hands unfit,
They turned to claws
Smell of death diffusing by
To 'justice' waving bye
For its liver also they craved,
Taking, wanting and taking-
Silencing roars of Eco-Feminists:
"Peace and justice to all"
But chopping won't stop,
Until profits are realised.

I am an Eco- Feminist by the way; wonderful work of art in clamouring for nature conservation...

Great testimony against animal medical testing. I'm personally for it, but I'll recognize all valid points, I guess.
Keep writing, and thanks for publishing!
