Broken Up Over Nothing

Broken Up Over Nothing

A Poem by MysteryPoet

If I lost our memories

If they disappear

Would there be any evidence

That you were ever here

And if I cry

Would you hear the sound

Of me calling your name

Would you be around

And up to this day

I fight my pain

Of my broken heart

Screaming your name

But On the outside

A smile on my face

I'm not even fazed

By the blond you hold by the waist

While on the inside

I want to die

I want to fall apart

I wanna burn all our memories

Except the scar on my heart

i can really feel the pain and hurt in this piece. I also like how you started it, questioning if the pain would be there if you couldnt remember why you were hurting.

Sounds like a pretty good intro for a sad song. You should publish the rest of your lyrics if you get the chance!
