Emergency

Emergency

A Poem by Princess Belle
"

its a blend. for a fading/changing/dying soul of a friend.

"
I dream of shattered illusions
Of watery images and distorted mirrors
Through rose tinted glasses
Promises I blindly make
Forevers, nevers, togethers
But this somehow seemed different
You seemed so secure, so sure
Like sandbags to block the flood
But slowly you've been leaking away

I can see you and the colour is fading,
slowly out of your eyes,
you're losing touch of who you are
but don't let go of me, whatever you do
Wander as far away as you must
But never lose your route
Secrets dont make friends
But i can forgive you for the truth

Call it an emergency
I'm losing my friend here
She walked so far away off the track
She walked so far she couldn't come back
Call it an emergency, Call it Call it, Call it quick
Doctor can't you here me
I'm losing my best friend
She's dying slowly
i can see it in her eyes
bring her back to me
bring her back to life.
