Afraid/Unfinished?

Not sure where this is going. Just jumbled thoughts I had to get down.

I am so afraid to take this chance,

To make another move,

To further advance.

 

I’m so afraid to open my heart,

To let you in,

To allow this to start.

 

I’m so afraid to let down my walls,

To feel I’m on the edge,

Just waiting to fall.

 

I’m so afraid to travel this road,

Some may claim,

My seeds were sowed.

 

I’m so afraid to love again,

If this would fail,

We wouldn’t be friends.

 

I am so afraid I’m not good enough,

All my past loves,

They’ve been so rough.

 

But I can’t live with out you.

Don’t know what I’d do.

So I give you all I have to give.

We will take each day at a time and live.

I love you more than these words could say.

I’ll love you more tomorrow than I do today.
