Now That You Are Gone

Now That You Are Gone

A Poem by Mysty Rayn
"

And that is all I will say about that...

"

Now that you are gone

I will retire the special place in my heart

That you once occupied

I wish only the best for you

Blue skies

Sunny mornings

Starry nights

Full of wishing stars

That grant your every dream come true

True friends

Who remind you to breathe

Peace in your soul

So much love for yourself

That you have extra to give out

May you stay safe in the arms

Of the universe

Now that you are gone

i'm sure i missed this one some how, the words you speck bring back fading images of friends and family almost for gotenThe words you speck bring back the images of friends and family gone by, some bring tears others bring joy of the great relationships in the past. I can almost read this and look in the mirror and see my past and the changes we go through in aging, knowing the emotions in the past and feel the future as sure as today, we will lose more friends and family to come. You have once again accomplished your goal of touching my heart as you have always touched others, and one day you will look out the window and wave good bye to someone for the last time, not even knowing this was the end of a relationship. I've have missed you, I will miss you, I have dreamed of you, I will think of you always. We should always say good bye to our family and friends you just don't know when the end will come.

I as always love your work.

That is a nice way
to look at things after a break up.
Especially since they usual hurt and
bad feelings tend to come out more often.
Good job with this one.

This is a pure and poetic piece about letting go, and moving on, with love, grace and compassion, residing within one's heart. Not easily attained, but you have not only captured this theme, but have crafted a poetic masterpiece out of sorrow and have transformed it into something full of forgiveness and once again . . . grace.

Beautiful! Pure majesty in its rarest form!

Speechless. This is an amazing poem. It's one that a person will always remember as he/she walks away and goes throughout their day, remembering bits a pieces of this majestic piece, if not the whole poem.

A favorite of mine, going into my library.

This was beautiful
It is almost as if some one
passed away or maybe you are just
hoping the best for someone that left
your life

Great work in expressing yourself!

this piece screams of letting go and loving yourself while having respect for the one you had to let go of... that is truly a kind heart at it's finest.
