This Life

A Poem by Vague

"Picture a light, candle or small flame. Now, imagine that it moves and breathes, rather than flickering or casting a shadow. Take this one step further and envision that it illuminates nothing but itself. A deafening peace. A quiet rage. This light emits no warmth or any other kind of energy to the outside world. It is its own; entire worlds built and destroyed with little more than a barely audible sigh to speak for itself. There is birth, death, and rebirth within - the endless search for something more."

About
I just thought I'd try letting other people besides close friends read my poems. I think from what I've seen so far I can expect constructive responses. Some of the longer ones are old and not reall.. more..
