Those were the times
When wrong seemed right
Crossing limits on different heights
Where seriousness was kept aside
My teenage memories- I recite.Fake smiles were easily misunderstood
Living under the belief that I am no good
Rush of emotions, changing moods
Living a little better then, wish I could.Always lived under stress
Believed that I am a mess
Piled up emotions made me distressed
Bearing the agony inside,
Spent days being depressed.Too much negativity never became right
Every day was the same, happiness out of sight
I lost my confidence on different heights
Every day I struggled to win my fight.Hoped someday life would be better soon
Sleepless I stayed observing shifts in the moon
'I accept the way I am and I am happy'
I presumed
Even though I tried to be happy, sadness resumed.Seeked something that kept me alive
Disastrous it was to be so naive
In my loneliness deeply I dived
For a bit of happiness, I was deprived.
