Torture

Torture

A Poem by Nancy

Torture

This self made torture
In which I continue
To dwell
Hurting those I love
Just to judge
The very depths of
Their affections
They don’t let me down
For concern is something
I never see.
They ignore the obvious
Don’t they understand
Its not about pain
Its about being alive.

A lot of people like to test life. Can fall in deep pot holes. Sort of a torture. Some people walk a safe line and the people who take on life direct and without fear will learn disappointment. I like the complete poem. Last lines is true. A outstanding poem.
