It Doesn't Have a Synonym

It Doesn't Have a Synonym

A Poem by Nathan the Sane
"

A school project in writing - A poem about forgiveness.

"
I'm not a big talker,
I haven't much to say,
Except that I am sorry
For what I did today.

I thought only about 'Me',
And not enough about 'You',
Because of this, both of us
Are feeling very blue.

Saying "Sorry" sounds quite lame,
Even thou it means a lot.
I must admit that saying it
Is much better than not.

After scanning the thesaurus,
I couldn't find another way to say
That I am very very sorry
For what I did today.
