Growing up takes forever

Whereas growing old

How very true this is. Most days I am still growing up but it takes a bad day to make me feel old, and when that happens, it happens quickly and strikes without warning. Very relatable Neville. My inner child hides on those days, doesn't want to come out to play.

Growing is like planting Watermelon... you save the Seeds and
plant them, so next Spring there will be a line of Mellow poems that
attract the younger hippies and they love the sensual Melons and
plant the seeds... so growing old is just a way of "passing" time
with dreams and schemes of being wrinkle-free and pretty and handsome as can be.
