On the Way to Vinales

On the Way to Vinales

A Poem by Neville

On the Way to Vinales

Taking the old approach road to Vinales

With rain on the horizon

And the air scented with sweet Cohibas

I swear I saw

 Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara

He had his arm around my fathers shoulder

And both were smiling down on me

From some low cloud formation
