Perfectly Hued

If all we could see was

perfectly hued ..

Shaded in silver

shadowed and blued

As comfortably snug

as your old

quilted jacket

and a well-worn pair

of handmade brogues ..

With all to be gained

and nothing to lose

We would surely

never again dream of

closing our eyes to the world ..

no we wouldn't would we!?? never would have thought of it that way, Nev!! well done .. my Lord Jesus taught this world is not His Kingdom ... let Caesar have it (paraphrasing i am) closing out eyes to the world is sound wisdom if one wants to find peace, contentment and a real purpose to live .. for others .. pity it is such a difficult thing to do .. i barely want to give up just 10 minutes to pray :( but hey .. never give up right?! love the theme .. love the way you said it .. good stuff for me this morning .. something to take with me today

dearest Neville... our World situation has resulted in praying constantly.
Every moment of every day and night... I am living and sleeping in Prayers
ascending. I do not want to be as Foolish as a "Blow Fish" or even as Dumb as some Politicians.
truly, Pat p.s. I must say... every Life is Precious... but Please "Guys in Power" Be Smart
enough to get the Immigrants Vaccinated and Accounted for ... Before you place them in Our Cities and States; because you will be Instrumental in putting many Lives in Danger and even More.
