Possession Is Fleeting

Possession Is Fleeting

A Poem by Nipplegrinder

Shattered stillness
Waves wash beach
Tide tells time
The lotion on her skin
Rubbed on and within
Wafts into willing nostrils
As the sun rises
Then sets
Her scent sets itself within
My will to possess
Her
To own the woman inside
And release the beast held captive
And lie bare, darkest desire
To own the soul of mine
Is dark and treacherous
So, though
Shall she remain Mine
For days in time
Centuries fly
Thusly, days are blinks of eyes
Snaps of fingers
And possession is fleeting.
