Fabric.

Fabric.

A Poem by Noa
"

Seeing how much influence dreams can have on our lives, you'd think we'd enter them with proper preparation.

"
Quietly
she sleeps.

Hidden underneath
barely enough
fabric
to cover

that she grows;
So quick,
so merciless.

With dust-dyed
eyes
she ventures-
Then falls,
in the sea
they call:

Just dreams.

With dawn
to keep from
drowning,
and sun
to break
the haze.
Nothing
but outgrown
fabric,

as all to
keep her safe.
