The blues inferno
Dedicated to real music; Blues

Sometimes a thought can hurt so much
A reason without a cause is not a reason
Headphones in, music trying to help me to escape
Stuck in a place even Shads’ can’t top
I try my best to forget but with that comes logic
Yet I’ve fallen so far so I see an answer but it’s not for me
Having trouble waking up in the mornings
Night after night wishing I would die in my sleep
I used to bottle up my emotions only because I never knew I could use rages like demons
Hung up the cape
Never being the hero no more
It’s hard to let the scars heal but some reason I choose to do
LP after LP music seems to be
Them who know
Know what I mean
You can kill a nightmare by accepting it
But you can bury it by following the sands of time
The LP turns and spins
The music fills the air
I sit in the dark writing this inferno
One that outdoes Shads’
Blues is beautiful you can feel, feel the hurt
You can see the pain but you will never see me crying over a broken inferno
So let the record play
