Mars Collides With Venus

Mars Collides With Venus

A Poem by Noiz

We think she’s a controller.

We think he’s only polar.

His might is corrupt.

Her word is abrupt.

Countless levels of shame to both.

Recognize their conjoined growth.

Yet, collision is prominent.

No matter the continent.

One feeds the other and the two feed the one.

Two planets, two differences.

Both sustain good, both are never done.

Reconsider the distances.

When they collide, just know they’ve come so far.

Their lives sit together, the lives of Venus and Mars.
