Kaleidoscope of shimmering wings 

butterflies entwining in motion

gracefully dancing upon the breeze

Love the presentation. I had heard about this rumor of color..I guess they were true. A wonderful tribute addition and so sorry for such a painful loss. I lost a long time friend and brother eight years ago on the 11th of this month...still a hole that will never be filled but tributes like this help me remember to celebrate his existence and to keep it alive. Thank you for that!

Eight years on i/11...the opposite of your sister's date...he always seems to find a way to send me a message as I imagine your sister sent me here for just that reason..both of them in cahoots...but I miss him terribly just the same so I celebrate and smile away the stubborn tears...I truly hope you do the same. This is a beautiful addition and my extreme pleasure of course.

Yes I do, I always remember the good times we shared and I think about what she'd say to me if she was still here and it makes me smile again.

Usually I would consider the change of colors distracting, but they work with the photo and overall I think it adds to the poem. I like how you used the words kaleidoscope and entwining to help the reader build an image in their mind. Throughout each line the words have been chosen wisely, but those two are my favorite.
I can see the butterflies fluttering about. This is well written.

Kaleidoscope is the perfect word there
