A Love I almost know

A Love I almost know

A Poem by ObZen
"

Recurring dream

"
The comfort she shares knows no bounds.
Her touch - languages try to define in vain.
A womb transcending love unfamiliar to man.
An exclusive bond - turns all jealous.
Gods seeth with a green complexion.
Yet the embrace always reaches an end.
As her face fades her smile is last to leave.
Yet the love from her eyes is still present.
Vanished - back to her ethereal state.
The eye's love leave a story - "not worry."
Patient, waits til' she will share love again.
Her presence fades, yet her love lingers.
Promise always kept, for return, yet heart still torn.
Love of my life gone, but not completely.
Can't see her during the light of days.
Only when my eyelids are shut tight.
Her arrival is unpredictable .
Yet always has been reliable.
The love of my life dwells only in my dreams.
One day I hope to dream through every one of life's hours.

Reoccurring dream. Feels like a guardian, or god like, or even just an extremely benevolent entity that only wants me to feel the euphoria of unfathomable love. Not the greatest thing ever written but the feels I get when I read it...
