Strings

Strings

A Poem by Obscure Meaning
"

Life's a stage after all

"
Puppets, all with a ghastly face
Subjected to the same fate
Tangled strings keeping us aloft
Dangling and suspended from space

Puppets, each and every one of us
Stitched sewn and snipped to perform
Can't escape the stage of life
This is what we are, don't cuss

Puppets, do we really choose our fate?
Just go were directed
Trying to take centre stage in life's play
That girl over there your chosen mate

Whose pulling your strings?
Instinct or divine inspiration
Cut yourself free at your peril
For fear you fall motionless

Indefinitely paralyzed

Hey obscure meaning,
I love this poem, it kind of explains or tries to show people that we have a God out there, or Someone directing our lives, making our destiny, but in ways we can choose our ways of living. For example: God doesn't make you do the evilish things that is out there, you do, He makes your fate/destiny but you get to choose it by either going with Him, or the devil's destiny/fate. Understand what I mean?
You may not believe it the way I do, but, I'm just saying... You have some great talent, you can write the truth with pure wisdom.
