This one just came to me.

"
Glass breaking
Mind baffling
Heart stopping
Pain engulfing
Please, let me go

Screaming loudly
Cries unending
Head exploding
Gut wrenching
Let me go

Tears falling
Voices fading
Reality settling
Ears ringing
Please, just let me go

Breath slowing
Losing focus
Blood dripping
Blackness ascending
Just let me go
