Wishing It Would Go Away

Wishing It Would Go Away

A Poem by Mary E. Green

Wish I could put into words the way I am feeling at this very moment

My head's spinning

My Heart racing

And my blood's rushing

Feeling so sick

That I can't even breath

I'm not even sure why

All I know is that I'm anxious inside

Something is wrong

Something's not right

My world's spinning, getting ready to crash

And I don't even know the reasoning

You say to ignore it

You say it's probably nothing

But I know that there's more to it

I'm praying desperately for everyone's safety and satisfaction

Hoping against hope that everything will be fine, praying that you're right

Yeah... I dunno. It just came to me after I've been having a bad feeling for two days straight.

it's difficult to put a feeling into words but you've conveyed your "bad feeling" very well.
