{Dinosaur Tales}

 

A friend in need tells

of a sorted deed.

Remember life in a single

moment within a bleed.

Calm yourself and

 have no worry,

silent hope

 fills in a hurry.

We'll be okay,

alive forever,

 you'll never die,

breathe easy,

my heart is your home

and it's found in me to

promise it protected,

one thing depression
can't destroy is you,

there's no

 funerals collected.

For the sleepless,

I will sing a fighter song

reminding you of

how we stand strong.

~~~

Believe in yourself,

tune your ears to

our dinosaur tales,

a listening kindness

hears the greeted sails.

Aww, it was so beautiful. It reminded me of when we were both in high school and all the drama that went along with it. Lol. The poem spoke out to me. And made me smile.
